1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WebSolave Tools at tools.websolave.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WebSolave Tools provides free online utilities including but not limited to:

  • SEO Analyzer with PageSpeed Insights integration
  • Custom QR Code Generator with design tools
  • Link in Bio page builder with custom domain support
  • Website analysis and performance reports

3. User Accounts

Some features require an account. When creating one, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Generate QR codes or bio pages containing malicious links, phishing content, or malware
  • Upload illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content without authorization
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated bots or scripts to abuse the Service
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service (QR codes, bio pages, uploaded images). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and deliver your content as necessary to operate the Service.

6. Custom Domains

If you connect a custom domain to your bio page, you represent that you own or have authorization to use that domain. We use Cloudflare to provision SSL certificates for custom domains. You are responsible for maintaining correct DNS records.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, code, branding, and original content are owned by WebSolave and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without express written permission.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEBSOLAVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WebSolave from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
